1. Scope of Services
Infinity Mobile Media LLC (“the Company”) provides mobile entertainment, projection, lighting, and media setup services for private and public events as described in each Client’s booking confirmation. Services may include but are not limited to movie nights, gaming setups, karaoke experiences, and optional lighting or popcorn machine use.
2. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Provide a safe, level, and accessible area for setup and operation.
Ensure the location has adequate power supply unless otherwise arranged.
Maintain a safe environment for all guests and prevent interference with equipment.
Obtain any required permissions or venue approvals for event setup.
3. Equipment Use & Damage
All equipment provided by the Company remains the property of Infinity Mobile Media LLC. The Client is responsible for:
Preventing intentional or negligent damage to the Company’s property.
Ensuring guests, children, and pets do not handle or obstruct equipment.
If equipment is damaged due to Client or guest negligence, the Client agrees to reimburse repair or replacement costs up to the full value of the affected item(s).
4. Popcorn Machine & Food Safety
If a popcorn machine and related food supplies are provided, the Client acknowledges and accepts the following:
Popcorn preparation involves heat, oil, and electrical components that present potential burn or fire hazards.
Popcorn and related food items carry inherent risks such as food allergies and choking hazards.
The Client assumes full responsibility for the safe handling, preparation, and consumption of popcorn and related food items.
Infinity Mobile Media LLC shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, or property damage resulting from the use or consumption of popcorn or associated equipment.
5. Weather & Outdoor Events
For outdoor events, Infinity Mobile Media LLC reserves the right to delay, pause, reschedule, or cancel an event in the event of unsafe weather conditions, including but not limited to wind, rain, lightning, or extreme temperatures. In such cases, the Company will work with the Client to reschedule at no additional cost when possible.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable within three (3) days of the scheduled event date. Cancellations made prior to this window may be eligible for rescheduling or credit toward a future event, at the Company’s discretion. If the event must be canceled due to unsafe conditions or uncontrollable factors (e.g., weather or power outages), the Company will attempt to reschedule; refunds are not guaranteed.
7. Liability & Indemnification
The Client acknowledges that participation in event activities involves certain risks. Infinity Mobile Media LLC, its owner, and representatives shall not be liable for:
Injuries, accidents, or property damage caused by guest actions, unsafe conditions, or misuse of equipment.
Loss or damage to personal or venue property during or after setup.
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Infinity Mobile Media LLC, its owner, and affiliates from all claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Client’s event or actions of guests.
8. Safety & Conduct
The Company reserves the right to stop or cancel services if unsafe or disruptive behavior occurs, including but not limited to vandalism, intoxication, or unruly guests. No refunds will be issued in these cases.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the State of Maryland.
10. Agreement to Terms
By booking a service, submitting payment, or signing electronically, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the above Terms & Conditions. These Terms constitute the full understanding between the Client and Infinity Mobile Media LLC.
